Welcome to St. Mark's! We hope you'll visit us. St. Mark's is located on the east side of Iowa City, as marked on the map below with the blue pointer. Our address is: 2675 East Washington, Iowa City, IA 52245.

From the east on Interstate 80...

Take exit 249 (marked: Herbert Hoover Highway). At the top of the exit ramp, turn left (southwest) onto the highway. The highway crosses over Interstate 80 and gradually curves to the right (west). Continue for 2.2 miles. At the four-way stop, turn left (south) onto Scott Blvd. Continue for 0.6 miles. Turn right (west) onto East Washington Street. A stop sign is located near the top of the first hill, at Lemme Elementary School. Continue straight after the stop sign. St. Marks is on top of the next hill, on your left.

From the west on Interstate 80...

Take exit 246 (marked: Dodge Street exit). At the top of the exit ramp, turn right (south) onto Dodge Street. At the first set of stop lights, turn left (east) onto Scott Blvd. A four-way stop is located at the entrance to A.C.T. Turn right (south) at this four-way stop onto 1st Avenue. Continue on this avenue for approximately 1.2 miles. Turn left (east) onto East Washington Street. The street dips downhill and then uphill. St. Mark's is located on the right at the top of the hill.

From the southwest side of Iowa City...

Travel on Highway 1 towards the intersection of Highway 1 and Highway 6 (Village Inn Restaurant corner). If you have been traveling south on Highway 1, when you come to the intersection, turn left (east) onto Highway 6. If you have been traveling east on Highway 1, when you come to the intersection, continue straight (east) onto Highway 6. From this intersection continue east for 1.8 miles. Travel to the east edge of Sycamore Mall. Turn left (north) onto 1st Avenue. Continue north for 1.5 miles. While on 1st Avenue, you will travel: over railroad tracks, past SouthEast Junior High School on your right, past Hy-Vee grocery store on your right, past Hoover Elementary playground on your left, past Iowa City High School track and football field on your left. Turn right (east) onto East Washington Street. The street goes downhill and then rises. St. Marks is on top of the hill, on your right.

From the southeast side of Iowa City...

Travel on Highway 6 towards the intersection of Highway 6 and 1st Avenue (corner of Sycamore Mall and Earl May Garden Center). Turn north onto 1st Avenue. Continue north for 1.5 miles. While on 1st Avenue, you will travel: over railroad tracks, past SouthEast Junior High School on your right, past Hy-Vee grocery store on your right, past Hoover Elementary playground on your left, past Iowa City High School track and football field on your left. Turn right (east) onto East Washington Street. The street goes downhill and then rises. St. Marks is on top of the hill, on your right.

From Coralville... (a couple of options)

OPTION ONE... via Interstate 80.

OPTION TWO... through Coralville and Iowa City.
Follow Highway 6 to Iowa Avenue. Turn left onto Iowa Avenue and cross the bridge. Turn left, at the T-intersection, onto Madison and get in the right lane. Turn right onto Jefferson and get into the left lane. Continue through the stoplights on Jefferson until you reach a "Y" intersection (approximately one mile). At the "Y" intersection, turn left onto Clapp street and get in the right lane. At the top of the hill at the "T" intersection, turn right onto Rochester Avenue and continue to the first traffic light. Turn right onto 1st Avenue. Turn left onto East Washington. The street goes downhill and then rises. St. Mark's is at the top of the hill, on your right.
